Our Partners app is developed in such a way that dealers can operate the entire process through our kotta partners app easily. Once we received order form customer our system automatically generate and assign the order to the dealer. After receiving the order dealer can access the entire details about the scrap location and its picture through our app. When you partner with kotta you will be given a partner app with user id and password
Here is a brief how you work with our kotta partner APP
STEP 1
Log in with given
user name and
Password
STEP 2
Press the button assigned to see the order
STEP 3
When you press
View Button, will
see order details with pic, location and customer details
STEP 4
Once review the order, Press the status button “assigned” to
ACCEPTED
STEP 5
Press the tick Botton
STEP 6
Call customer by clicking Call Button and schedule a pick up
STEP 7
Once you picked the scrap go to View button again and press the Add Deal Amount button.
STEP 8
Enter your deal amount and submit in order to receive cash back and prizes for customer
STEP 9
check the deal amount and confirm
